chanting meditation
You can practice this meditation for anywhere between 3-15 minutes. Add on an extra minute every time you do it.
Sit up straight, chin in, chest out. Eyes are focused on the tip of the nose. Hands are slightly wider than the chest at a 45-degree angle. Elbows are slightly out, fingers together, thumbs point up.
Chant along with the mantra Humee Hum, Brahm Hum. This means We are We, We are God. Pull the tongue slightly back so that it touches the middle of the upper palate while you chant.
The hands move together in two downward strokes, towards each other at the solar plexus, but they do not touch. Bring them down a few inches on Humee Hum, and a few more on Brahm Hum then return them to the original position. On each stroke, squeeze the anal sphinctor.
