Second Chakra Meditation
Sit up tall with a straight spine and the chin slightly tucked. Eyes are focused at the tip of the nose.
Bring the hands into prayer pose, pushed together. Every part of the hand meets evenly and in balance, from the bottom of the palms to the tips of the fingers. The bases of the palms are in front of the solar plexus, but not touching the chest, with orearms parallel to the floor.
Chant along with the mantra Humee Hum, Brahm Hum (We are We, We are One) using the tip of the tongue. Begin to pulse like a heartbeat: the palms press together as the navel point is pulled in. Pulse once on Humee Hum, then again on Brahm Hum. Continue chanting with this pattern.
When the timer goes off, inhale and pull the navel up and in. Press the tip of the tongue to the upper palate and concentrate. Exhale and repeat twice more.
