Sit with the legs straight out in front, heels together. Place the hands down at your sides, slightly behind the hips. Raise the legs to 60 degrees and hold (you can bend the knees if you need to). Hold this position! Don’t bend backwards! When the timer goes off, inhale and exhale twice before moving immediately to the next step.
Bring the knees into the chest. Balance perfectly, holding the feet off the ground ~6”. Breath of Fire or long deep breathing. When this timer goes off, take a deep inhale and exhale before you relax the legs down.
