  1. Sit on the left heel, with the right leg extended straight out. Grab the big right toe (or as far forward as you can) with both hands, and bring the forehead down towards the thigh. Start breath of fire* and stay in this pose for one minute.

  2. The timer will go off, switch legs and continue.

  3. The timer will go off again; extend both legs this time, reach forward and continue with breath of fire.
