Take a big inhale, and on your exhale peel up slightly: raise the head and heels 6 inches off the ground. The legs are straight, toes pointed, and the eyes focus on the toes. The arms lift by your sides. Everything is very straight and the core is engaged, pushing the spine in to the floor. Now, begin breath of fire.
