Lay on your back. Begin alternate leg lifts - inhale one leg up to 90 degrees, then exhale and lower it. Repeat with the other leg. Continue alternate leg lifts with deep, powerful breaths until the timer goes off.
Without pause, stretch both of your arms up, palms facing each other. Leave the arms there and begin double leg lifts: inahle both legs up to 90 degrees, and lower them on exhale. Continue with powerful breathing.
