leg and torso lifts

  1. Keep the legs up at 90 degrees. Place the hands on the backs of the thighs or knees.

  2. As you inhale, try to lift your nose to your knees. Exhale back down. The official directions say to ballance on your buttocks, but that’s really difficult, so just try to keep the legs straight and lift as much as you can.
