  1. Sit up straight with the hands in Gyan Mudra (“ok” symbol; pointer finger to thumb). Concentrate at the root of the nose and begin chanting: turn your head to the right and chant Sat Nam, then turn the head to the left and chant Wahe Guru. Continue this gentle motion with a steady rhythm.

  2. When the timer goes off, relax and give yourself a hug.
