  1. Sit on the heels in rock pose (grab a pillow if you need it) and place the hands in the lap in Venus Lock: interlace the ringers with the left little finger on the bottom. The left thumb rests in the webbing between the right thumb and index finger, while the tip of the right Thumb presses the fleshy bound at the base of the left thumb.

  2. Close the eyes and focus up on the third eye area (pituitary gland). Sit and breathe long, deep breaths.
