right nostril breath

  1. Sit in easy pose (cross-legged or whatever works best for you) with a nice straight spine. Rest the right hand on the knee in Gyan Mudra (ok! hand).

  2. Block the left nostril with the thumb of the right hand. The other fingers point straight up. Begin long, deep, powerful breaths in and out of the right nostril. Focus on your breath.
