sat kriya (twice)

  1. Sit on the heels, if you can. Raise the arms up over the head, palms together, elbows straight. Eyes are closed and focused up inward on the brow point.

  2. Begin rhythmically chanting SAT NAM. On SAT, pull the navel in and lock the mulbandh. On NAM, release the navel and mulbandh. The breath will come naturally; don’t worry about it.

  3. When the timer goes off, take a big inhale and hold the breath. Apply mulbandh and count to 10 as you imagine your energy radiating from the navel and circulating throughout the body, drawing up to the top of the fingertips. On 10, exhale and relax. Take a minute or so to breathe.

  4. Then, do the whole thing again!!
