neck turns

  1. Sit down on the heels, with a straight spine and the hands on the thighs.

  2. As you inhale, turn the head left, mentally chanting SAT. With each exhale, turn the head to the right and mentally chant NAM.

  3. When the timer goes off, inhale the head back to center, and take a few breaths here.
