spine bends

  1. Sit in easy pose again. Place the hands on the shoulders with the fingers in front and thumbs in the back. The upper arms and elbows are parallel to the ground.

  2. Inhale as you bend to the left, exhale and bend to the right.

  3. When the timer goes off, inhale back up to center, then exhale to release the arms. Take a few breaths here with your eyes closed.
