  1. Stay laying down. Place both hands over your heart and spend a few breaths connecting with your heart beat. Relax.

  2. Repeat this cycle 13 times: With the hands still on the heart, sit up and bring the forehead as close to the knees as possible. Then relax back down to the floor.
